		<description>You guys might take a look at JPEG 2000 goings-on in library and archive communities. We have been actively evaluating and adopting the standard for the last eight years.

A number of big-deal projects/institutions now use JPEG 2000 for image delivery, including the Open Content Alliance (OCA) and the Library of Congress
